Paul Bailey has been a leader at America’s Power since 2009. Paul now focuses on developing and supporting policies that help preserve the coal fleet.
Earlier in his career, Paul worked at Oak Ridge National Laboratory; as a Nuclear Licensing Engineer and Federal Affairs Director for Southern Company; Special Assistant to the Deputy Secretary of Energy; Director of Environment, Health, and Safety at the American Petroleum Institute; Vice President of Environmental Affairs at the Edison Electric Institute; and Managing Director of Natsource, LLC.
Paul holds a BS from Birmingham-Southern College and an MS in engineering from Vanderbilt University. Also, he is a graduate of the Stanford University business school’s executive management program.
